OUTPUT INCLUDES

  • Develop supplier diversity program and fast-tracking improvements by developing benchmarks and metrics, as well as cross-functional and internal/external stakeholder relationships

  • Work with organizational and team leaders to provide one-on-one guidance on how to improve psychological safety and drive employee engagement

  • Facilitate training for teams that challenge bias thinking, improve awareness of the impact of micro-aggressions, and bridge stronger connections in team understanding

  • Develop strategic plan for organization change to kick off or support your company's D&I journey, starting with auditing existing practices, materials, and dynamics.
