Founder & Principal

Brooke Gladden is the Founder of HueCap, a strategic advisory firm focused on organizational structure, workforce strategy, and operational stability.

She has spent over a decade working alongside government agencies, private companies, and executive teams to design and support systems that enable organizations to function effectively through growth and transition.

Her experience spans federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Department of Defense, as well as private-sector and agency environments such as Citigroup, Amazon, Ketchum, and Walton Isaacson.

Brooke is known for bringing clarity to ambiguous situations, aligning leadership around structure, and helping organizations move from reactive operations to sustainable models.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and a graduate diploma from the University of Oxford, and resides between Kentucky and New York City.
